This HPU consists of one 15HP electric motor that drives a pressure compensated axial piston pump rated to 3,000psi at 10gpm. The system also includes a safety relief valve to prevent over pressurization. This equipment is mounted on a 316 SS reservoir/skid assembly.

S&V provided 3/4" SCH 80 304SS piping.

An on/off directional control valve directs the flow of oil from the pump to two hydraulic cylinders daisy chained together to allow for silo sifter movement. This can be controlled manually or electrically from the control station. 

The silo is constructed out of 304 SS and measures 10’ – 6” diameter and 20’ tall. The silo was contrusted in 4 sections to allow for feild installation.
