Washdown Unit

This washdown unit consists of a 2HP electric motor that drives a high-pressure water pump rated to 1500psi at 4.2gpm. The system also includes a factory set(800PSI) safety relief valve to prevent over pressurization. The pump has two low pressure inlets and two high pressure outlets. The first low pressure inlet is used as a suction line from the incoming water source and the other is used as a drain. There is a suction strainer inline with a ball valve drain to catch any debris that may be in the incoming water source. The first high pressure outlet is used for the safety relief and the other is used for the high-pressure spray gun and nozzle. This outlet has and inline regulator to adjust the flow and pressure as well as a pulsation dampener. There are a series of inline gauges that show the pressure incoming and outgoing. The hoses for this unit are equipped with quick disconnect fittings to make for easy assembly and disassembly.
