Hydraulic Filter cart capable of pumping 11gpm. This filter cart includes a bypass to not allow over pressurization of the system. 

The cart can utilize filters down to 2 microns to ensure that the oil is cleaned to the necessary specification. 

There is an oil cleanliness reader at the top of the cart to give accurate real time ISO:4406:99 and SAE AS4059E readings of the oil. This particle counter is calibrated every 2 years.

This unit is portable and runs off of 110VAC to allow for onsite oil cleaning

S&V has inhouse flushing units capable of sending flushing oil with an SSU of 35 at up to 50gpm to achieve a Reynolds number of over 4,000 as required by many oil flushing specifications. The oil is returned through dual inline filters with varying sizes to maintain fluid cleanliness. 

This rate allows flushing of pipes up to 3” in diameter. 

Carbon steel pipes can also be pickled.
